Stir fry with chicken

When you are hungry, this is very fast way to make dinner.  In a vok fry some vegetable and chicken. In a separate pot cook some rice. At the end mix together everything. Dinner is done.
Ko ste lacni je tole zelo hiter postopek priprave vecerje. V voku preprazite nekaj zelenjave in na kose narezanega piscanca. V posebaj loncu skuhajte riz in nato vse skupaj zmesate. In vecerja je narejena.

Apple Croissants

We made the same dough like for Sour Apple Bread. You can find the recipes on one of my previous posts. The difference is in shape and stuffing. Before our dough rise, we cut it into small balls.

Naredimo isto testo kot za Kisli jabolcni kruh. Recept je v enem izmed mojih prejsnjih blogov. Razlika je le v fili in obliki. Preden damo testo vzhajat ga narezemo na majhne zogice.
Ingrediens for stuffing / sestavine za nadev
- 6 apples cut on pieces / 6 jabolk narezanih na koscke
- 1 tbl spoon of cinnamon / 1 zlica cimeta
- 3 tbl spoons of sugar / 3 zlice sladkorja
- 2 cups of rum / 2 skodelici ruma
All the ingredients for stuffing, we  are cooking in a pot until the liquid is gone. Then we spread our small balls, put one big table spoon of our stuffing on and roll up. Before we are baking them, we coat them with an egg. We bake them on 180 C, 350 F for about 30 minutes.

Vse sestavine za nadev damo v posodo. Na zmernem ognju jih kuhamo dokler vsa tekocina ne prevre. Nato razvaljamo nase krogljice testa, damo nanj zvrhano zlico file in jih zavijemo, ter oblikujemo v rogljicke. Preden jih damo v pecico jih namazemo z jajcem. Pecemo jih na 180 C priblizno 30 minut.

Birthday cake for school mates

I would like to share with you some good news, today. We had a small celebration at school. Two of my school mates had birthday. Shiva from Israel and Farkhard from Iran. I bake them a cake. It was very nice to seat down together, share some stories and having a wonderful brake time.

Danes bi rada z vami delila veselo novico. V soli smo imeli lepo malo praznovanje. Dva sosolca sta imela rojstni dan. Shiva iz Izraela in Farkhard iz Irana. Spekla sem jima torto. Bilo je super se malo skupaj vsest, poslusat prijetne zgodbice in imeti odlicen odmor.
Ingredients for biscuit / sestavine za biskvit
- 5 table spoons of flour / 5 zlic moke
- 3 table spoons of sugar / 3 zlice sladkorja
- 1 table spoon of baking powder / 1 pecilni prasek
- 1 table spoon of vanilla sugar / 1 vanillin sladkor
- 1 small yogurt / 3 velike zlice jogurta
- 1 table spoon of margarine / 1 zlica margarine
- 3 eggs / 3 jajca
- 1 cup of rum / skodelica ruma
- 2 apples cut on pieces, peeled / 2 jabolka olupljena in naribana

First we cook in a pot apples and rum until the all liquid gone. Then we put all our ingredients in a mixer and make a biscuit. We pour  it in our model and bake it for about 40 minutes on 180 C or 350 F. When is baked we put it on cooling rack. Then we cut it on half.

Najprej skuhamo jabolka v rumu. Kuhamo toliko casa da tekocina povre. Nato vse setavine damo v mixser in naredimo maso za biskvit. Prelijemo ga v model in pecemo priblizno 40 minut na 180 C. Ko je peceno damo nas biskvit na resetko da se ohladi. Nato ga prerezemo na pol.


Ingredients for stuffing / sestavine za nadev
- 250 ml whipping cream / 250 ml sladke smetane
- 1 table spoon of vanilla sugar / 1 vanillin sladkor, slag krema

We whip our cream and add vanilla sugar.
Pripravimo kremo za namazat. Stepemo sladko smetano in dodamo vanilijev sladkor in slag kremo.

Then we spread the cream on our one half of a biscuit and put the other half on top.
Potem namazemo kremo na polovico biskvita in drugo damo na vrh.

Ingredients for icing  / sestavine za preliv
- 1 cup white chocolate / bela cokolada
- 1 cup milk chocolate / mlecna cokolada
- 2 table spoons of margarine / 2 zlici margarine
- pieces of chocolate for decor / cokoladne mrvice

In a separate pot we melt white chocolate with one spoon of margarine and in other pot milk chocolate with margarine. Then we spread it on top of our cake. We decorate it with pieces of chocolate.

V dveh locenih posodah stopimo cokolado, vsako z zlico margarine. Nato prelijemo torto in posujemo z mrvicami.

Pa da ne bom samo kuhala. Ker tu govorim o soli, z veseljem delim z vami fotografijo kako pridno se ucim. Vedno imamo veliko domace naloge. Ni kaj, ce se hocem  naucit kar najvec, je potrebno sodelovat.

In stroski prevoza ta teden?
So $ 17.00. En dan sem mogla it z avtom. Druge dneve pa sem zjutraj sla z Veroniko z avtom, domov pa pes. Zdaj imam izmerjeno razdaljo. 6 km je v eno smer. Super veliko, a ne?

And here is one picture of my effort. Lots of homework every day. What I can do?  A lot. I have to write homework, study hard. Then the success will come.

And the transportation this week?
It was $ 17.00. I have to use a car once. The rest of the week I was walking or car pull in the morning. I walk 6 km one way. Pretty awesome?

Sprejeti moras odlocitev in it naprej. Ne bo se zgodilo avtomatsko. Moras vstat in rec sam sebi; ni vazno kako tezko je, ni vazno kako si razocaran, koliko so te ranili. Ne bom pustil da mi to vzame najboljse kar je v meni. Grem naprej s svojim zivljenjem.

Cez dvajset let bomo bolj razocarani ker stvari nismo storili, in ne ker smo jih. Torej odvrzimo sidra. Odjadrajmo stran od varnega zavetja. Ujemimo veter v nasa jadra. Raziskujmo. Sanjajmo. Odkrijmo.

Sour Apple Bread

I baked one of the Veronika's favourite desserts. Sour bread with apples. If you don't like sweet food, this one is perfect for you.

Ingredients for dough / sestavine za testo
- 4 cups of flour / 4 skodelice moke
- 1 tbl spoon of yeast / 1 zlica kvasa
- 2 tbl spoons of sugar / 2 xlici sladkorja
-1/2 cup of butter / 1/2 skodelice masla
- 1 tea spoon of salt / mall zlicka soli
- 3 dcl of milk / 3 dcl mleka
- warm water / topla voda
- one yolk from egg / en rumenjak

We mixed together everything. And let stand the dough for one hour. Then we spread it on about 1 cm thickness.

Vse setavine za testo zmesamo skupaj v gladko testo. Pustimo ga pocivat priblizno eno uro. Potem ga razvaljamo na nekje 1 cm.
Ingredients for stuffing / sestavine za nadev
- 6 apples, pilled and cut on pieces / 6 jabolk, olupljenih in narezanih na koscke
- juice of one lemon / sok ene limone
- 1 tbl spoon of cinnamon / ena zlica cimeta
- 1/3 of cup pecans / 1/3 skodelice orehov
We mixed together all the ingredients and spread them on our dough. Then we roll up and put our dough on a baking pan. Then we coated our bread with one egg, spread it evenly with the brush. We bake it for about 45 minutes on 180 C, or 350 F.

Vse setavine za nadev zmesamo skupaj in jih enakomerno porazdelimo po testu. Zvijemo kruh in ga polozimo na pekac. Preden ga damo v pecico ga enakomerno premazemo z razzvrkljanim jajcem. Kruh pecemo priblizno 45 minut na 180 C.
